Sustainable Health, LLC, doing business as 14er (“14er,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), owns and operates the website located at 14erboulder.com (the “Site”). 14er is a recreational and medical marijuana retail store and cultivation business located in Boulder, Colorado. This Online Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have with respect to that information. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms & Conditions of Use, which are incorporated into this policy by reference and are available at 14erboulder.com.

We also do not process payments online and do not collect any payment or credit card information through the Site; all payments are made in person at our store. When you visit the Site, certain usage data, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages, may be collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.

The Site is intended only for adults who are twenty-one years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from anyone under the age of 21, and no part of the Site is structured or directed to attract anyone under the age of 21.

Our store finder uses location-related technology to help you locate our retail store.

We do not currently offer a self-service, account-deletion feature; however, you may request deletion or any other exercise of your rights by contacting us at the privacy e-mail address above, and we will process your request.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will announce them by posting a notice on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
