MIP Concentrate Packager

14er Boulder is hiring for a MIP Packager. The primary responsibilities of this position include the packaging and labeling of MIP concentrates. We are seeking candidates who have strong attention to detail and have the ability to work independently as well as on a team. 

Essential Duties, including but not limited to: 

• Preparing packaging material
• Packaging MIP products into final packaging
• Harvesting fresh frozen material to be used for solventless products
• Printing and Applying compliant labeling on all products
• Filling and packaging pods/cartridges
• Gramming out solventless concentrates
• Processing washed material
• Cleaning
• Meeting weekly goals

Minimum Qualifications 

• Current MED Badge holder
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience working at MIPs or with concentrates
• Experience with database programs and .csv files (Google Sheets is our DB platform)
• Eligible to be City of Boulder Keyholder

Compensation: 

• $17.00-$17.50 an hour D.O.E. plus benefits
• Eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance after 60 days
• Employee Discounts first day of employment
• PTO accrual on 61st day of employment, with accrual max 80 hours a year plus 8 hours of PTO hours added to employee balance annually on employee’s start date ● Sick Time accrual starting first day of employment
• Badge renewal reimbursement after 90 days

Schedule: 

• Full time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
