Part Time Post Production

14er Boulder is hiring for part time positions in our Post Production Department! The primary tasks of this position being the trimming and packaging of our Cannabis. We are seeking candidates who can work well independently as well as part of the 14er team! 

Essential Duties(other duties may be assigned as needed) 

• Trimming Cannabis while maintaining an average gram per minute and other duties associated with Trimming cannabis flower
  • Derack, destem, sort, manicure, weigh, cleaning, waste management
• Duties associated with Harvesting cannabis flower
  • Chop, broadleaf, hash prep, mulching, cleaning 
• Duties associated with Packaging cannabis flower
  • Weighing, lidding, labeling
• Various light Cleaning duties 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to push, pull, or lift objects up to 50 lbs 
• Ability to sit, stand for extended periods of time 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Current MED Key Badge holder 
• Reliable Transportation 
• Available 18-24 hours a week 

Shifts Available 

• Monday through Friday, 7:30am-11:30am, 9:00am-1:00pm, or 12:00pm-4:00pm.
• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7:30am-1:30pm, 9:00am-2:00pm, or 11:00am-5:00pm 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Some experience in Cannabis industry

• $17 an hour plus employee discounts
